WHo we are:
The Wynnefield Heights Civic Association (WHCA) is a nonprofit group whose mission
is to promote action and interaction between the residents and businesses of
Wynnefield Heights for the purpose of creating a safe, clean and responsible
community. We achieve this by sharing information that will be an enhancement to the
residents and community at large; establishing communications with City government,
adjoining neighborhood associations and businesses; and when necessary, to
advocate for proper government services.
