Zoning Announcements
Wynnefield Heights Civic Association has created a Zoning Protocol to assist those who might require
zoning variances or use certificates for projects in Wynnefield Heights. The organization's concerns
include but is not limited to requests for zoning variances, use permits or certificates, applications to
sell alcoholic beverages, subdivision of property, demolition of existing structures, historic properties,
new construction and rehabilitation.
All applicants for the above changes must present their plans at a WHCA meeting.
